not a highway, just a road. No they wont jump. there is electric tape around the inside, they have shocked themselves enough to know to stay away from the fence.
Anyways, for the most part, horses dont run through/jump things unless they are scared and cornered. They have almost 2 acres they can run around in if they got scared, they also come when I call them so I dont have many worries with them.
