I have my own corporation called MelTech, INC. I did this after getting nailed last year on taxes so I hope this year is a lot better. I also pay by the quarter now so I don't get hit at the end. My tax guy said it's the way to go and he is a friend so I don't think he would steer me wrong. Melissa
