Oh it's immediate but gives me no help and only told me to read a sentence in their manual that only tells me what something is, and not how to use it. I just wanted to know how to redirect someone to a page should they be declined by them, and he tells me to get a programmer... lol. I bet I could ask the support team of my server company and they'd give me more information than this guy.

				 | I agree. Their service all around needs work. I have had good experiences with certain people, but it seems some members of the Paycom team are not all on the ball. I really miss my original sales rep Mitsuru Ueno. Then I was assigned a 2nd guy that was really cool, got everything done for me as promised. I called one day to ask for some assistance with an issue, and I was informed he was gone as well. What's happening over there?? |

It says right on their "manual": "It is written for experienced developerd/programmers..." Maybe they should make one for people are aren't.

				 | i used to have that problem where you call for help and they tell you to read their long, strangely-written manual, the manual that i try to read, but usually can't find my issue in it or have no clue what it means. i just tell them i have already read the manual, and refuse to hang up the phone till they walk me through whatever the problem is. either that, or i used to talk to langston, who is a lot of help. but when you have problems you can't sort out, contact rand. he's the man at paycom who gets things done! |

				 | I always just write [email protected] and they take great care of me =) I'm very critical on service in this industry, too. I think it sucks! But paycom has always taken care of me with ease. - Justin |

				 | I emailed tech support and got a reply immediately.Unfortunately it was to tell me to email accounting support. So i emailed accounting and 4 days later I am still waiting for a reply. Seems they answer quick if there is no work involved for them. |

CC me. Rand @ Paycom (dot) net. Put "Epoch / GFY" in the subject line. Let me see what's going on here.
