Exactly, in the past they were great. Just seemed like this guy didn't want to deal with it. A simple: "well you add this to the form, then you need to make this type of file and/or page and this type of file and/or page in order for it to work" would have been great, I wasnt' asking him to do it for me, just how to use something. Seemed like a reasonable request.

It says right on their "manual": "It is written for experienced developerd/programmers..." Maybe they should make one for people are aren't.
