It's not even about maps dude. It's not about "war" at all.

It's about economics and common sense. China wants, yeah NEEDS to be pals with the west. They also know what we did to the Soviet Union. They are MUCH more intelligent than the Soviets were. MUCH MORE. They won't repeat the same mistakes that were made by the USSR.


They want to get along. Let me tell you something. NO NATION on earth is more nervous about the N. Korea situation than China. They know that if something untoward happens with that particular issue it will have certain ecomomic consequences that they have NO desire to suffer.


I like China. They are succeeding in doing with money and reason what the USSR tried (and miserably failed at) doing with threats and beligerence and bad checks.
