Secondly, I think your a talented shooter man. I saw what you posted on
Sunny today and I was very impressed. So were a lot of other people who
saw those pics. People were impressed when you posted those pics of Bobbi
back in April. And you gladly thanked them for their positive remarks about
your work with Bobbi. So, you shot Bobbi, got some great pictures, raced
home to post them on GFY, got a bunch of positive response (feels good
doesn't it?) and then you dropped the ball on following thru with your
obligations to Bobbi. You didn't return her calls, her emails or her ICQs. See,
this is the part that I don't understand. Somehow you think that being a
great shooter is all there is to doing business...but your very wrong. People
don't want to do business with a liar, a thief and an all around asshole. It
says on your website...."Our team is experienced, professional, honest,
and hell-bent on producing the finest results possible for our clients." Well,
you've certainly proven otherwise today huh? Bobbi may not be a client but
without models you and your clients have no business. You can't fuck the
models out of what's theirs and expect that word doesn't get around....it will.

I would never say that my work is better than yours Al, cause I'm just a good
ol' humble country boy who tries to do my best. But I will say this.....I would
never jerk a model along for 4 months as you have for some fucking pictures
when I could take 10 minutes to burn a CD and shoot them out the door

You are absolutely right. you're the first person to come out and say things normaly... thats what should of been said from the begining.. calling people out and this and that just angers people.... everyone we have worked with,, from content to any other types of deal have been extremely happy with us...its just this time everything just went out of proportion.. no one is trying to hold anyones stuff.. we are uploading her stuff, it was never deleted,, the fact that she blew everything out of proportion by calling allen out on threads.. believe it or not it pisses people off... and the first thing that comes to a pissed off persons mind is.... pretty much fuck off...

Please lady... or dude. Whoever you are! I blew it out of proportion? Puhlease!!! Your boyfriend or husband or partner whatever he is said he deleted my pics. What did I blow out of proportion? I asked him for my pics... he repeatedly ignored me. So then I was forced to ask on the boards which I did politely, may I remind you? Then I asked and reminded again in private and was told they were next day aired which obviously did not happen as it has been like 10 days and I haven't received anything. So don't tell me I blew anything out of proportion. I was nice until you guys with your FUCK OFF attitude when YOU GUYS are in the wrong is ridiculous. And everyone else here saw that. The only person standing up for Al is you! And I'm still not sure why you are when you are both in the wrong and that's about as crystal clear as it can get!

The sad fact is, this is probably the closest Bobbi's going to come to getting an apology and it took this thread to get it.

The funny thing is, you thought you'd just be able to blow her off as some dumb model, not realizing that she has a lot of good friends and acquaintenances that would never let something this shitty happen to her. Well, you learned, didn't you? (at the expense of your business and your reputation)

The bottom line is this: YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HER THE PICTURES YOU PROMISED HER IN A TIMELY MANNER. Four months isn't a timely manner. And you should have never trashed her on the board. She had a legitimate reason to bring this to the boards. She tried repeatedly to resolve this with you and when that failed, she was left with this as the only avenue.

This wil all be resolved when you send her a link to her content and she posts that the situation has been resolved satisfactorily. Otherwise, I promise you this will go on and on.

And don't blame Dean - he was just responding to your bullshit in this thread. He stood up and said what's right, which is why I respect him so much as a photographer and a person. It's much easier to just lurk silently than it is to stand up and be heard.

Shap, as with your Ambush Interview, you seem like one of the few fearless people in this biz. You say what you feel. Most people, including the 'elite' don't because of fear of repurcussions, like lost traffic/$$ deals. Kudos to you.

It seems to me that if the first half of the paragraph above was what Bobbi was told yesterday morning, followed by an apology, then she probably would have given Al the day to pull off this upload. Instead she was lied to, and it was an all to easily verifiable lie. THAT was when this exploded. I may be new to this site, but I've been getting the play by play on this issue over the last four months. I also know that people in general (including Bobbi) want to avoid drama, particularly when it involves industry reputations and relationships. But I don't care what business you're in; when someone is not performing and at the same time feeding you an obvious line of shit, and after all other methods of resolving the issue have been exhausted, don't be shocked when that shit hits the fan.
