The last show in Phx. But Al sent me a screen shot of an ICQ convo with Arika that shows he eventually sent them to her on May 24th. newbreed..m if you DO remember that show... the piece of shit who wanted the pics shot was drunk and harassing the girls and made an ass of himself... and I didn't want to be tied in with a part of that company that did such things to the girls... ask any of the girls that he wanted shot in those clothes... talk to arika and she'll fill you in... or do you want another screencap?

Al I do actually remember all that, and I was not grouping you in with whoever was being drunk or stupid, I had just never seen the pics, that's all, that's it. plain and simple. I have not seen the pics, and I have no clue why if you got the to Arika I was not advised of it. It's really simple here, I had not been clued in that you had finally delivered them.

No Al, I came to the boards after I had exhausted all other methods. I ICQed many times NO RESPONSE... I emailed NO RESPONSE... I called and left messages STILL NO RESPONSE. So I came here...

Uhm, no I didn't. You and Bobbi have different beef, I just wanted to see the pics you shot of my wife for another board because I was curious. I don't have the time to chase you down on ICQ, I forgot you were even on my list. I made a post on the other board since it was a logo or shirt or whatever the pics were taken for. I have to protect my interest and brand, and I have yet to see the pics. There was some drama over whoever else was involved, and I never called on that, I just wanted to see the pics before they were used for any type of promo. You provided a SS that Arika has them, and to my knowledge they were never posted anywhere. As soon as I can verify she has them, as i said before, I will apologize for eluding to we never got them.

You are by far the best photographer on this board, no doubt about. I would put your un-retouched photos straight out of the camera against almost anyone's (except AaronM, RedEzra, among others) touched up photos here.

Al and everyone,

I have been watching this thread today and have heard about this as it has been going on, and have a few things to add. But first let me introduce myself. I am a first year photog and friend of Bobbi's, who drove her to Al's shoot and stayed all day. And just for the record, this was four months ago, not three.

The details of the shoot as follows:

Bobbi was top notch and professional, despite it being cold and raining off and on. She showed up on time, did her own makeup, and stayed later than planned, primarily doing some extra shots that Al wanted to do in clothes she had brought along (this was supposed to be for the clients own clothing line). She also did some implied shots when it was my understanding this was supposed to be strictly a fashion shoot. At the end of the day everyone was happy with her and the owner of the mansion and clothing line
was talking about taking US out to his Hollywood club for dinner. To sum up, she did everything that was expected of her and what could be called a few minor extras. She completed her end of the bargain, which ended ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT.

Al, it is absolutely ludicrous that you can now act like there can be any kind of quid pro quo upon her receiving her pictures. It may be reasonable to ask for a reminder because you are busy, but it has been FOUR MONTHS. You just put this off, forgot it, and then today lied about a "tracking number" on something that had never been sent in the first place. I'm amazed that you can even try to defend yourself on what has been absolutely shameful behavior and what seriously stinks of breach of contract.

And just for the record, Bobbi was out of town on business for less than 9 days. There was no vacation at all. Not that any of this matters one bit, as you have her damn address on the release! But the trip was scheduled for almost a month, as you stated, but things did not happen as planned. How I do know? I picked her up from the airport. Sorry, you lose.

P.S. I don't know which of you did it, but a minority number of the pics were screwed up. How do I know? Because the owner was so thrilled that he wanted to see the pics on a laptop as soon as the shoot was over. Digital Rebels can be a little finicky can't they.. In the oft repeated words of many a vet, "Don't lie to me buddy, cuz I was there!"

there are alot of great photographers abound. Dean is one of them. Kelly Lind is another. Many many great photographers. I would like nothing more than to see this challenge happen.

If for nothing else, we will all get to see some great photo's.

If for nothing else, we will all get to see some great photo's. But first let me introduce myself. I am a first year photog and friend of Bobbi's, who drove her to Al's shoot and stayed all day. And just for the record, this was four months ago, not three. The details of the shoot as follows: Bobbi was top notch and professional, despite it being cold and raining off and on. She showed up on time, did her own makeup, and stayed later than planned, primarily doing some extra shots that Al wanted to do in clothes she had brought along (this was supposed to be for the clients own clothing line). She also did some implied shots when it was my understanding this was supposed to be strictly a fashion shoot. At the end of the day everyone was happy with her and the owner of the mansion and clothing line was talking about taking US out to his Hollywood club for dinner. To sum up, she did everything that was expected of her and what could be called a few minor extras. She completed her end of the bargain, which ended ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT. Al, it is absolutely ludicrous that you can now act like there can be any kind of quid pro quo upon her receiving her pictures. It may be reasonable to ask for a reminder because you are busy, but it has been FOUR MONTHS. You just put this off, forgot it, and then today lied about a "tracking number" on something that had never been sent in the first place. I'm amazed that you can even try to defend yourself on what has been absolutely shameful behavior and what seriously stinks of breach of contract. And just for the record, Bobbi was out of town on business for less than 9 days. There was no vacation at all. Not that any of this matters one bit, as you have her damn address on the release! But the trip was scheduled for almost a month, as you stated, but things did not happen as planned. How I do know? I picked her up from the airport. Sorry, you lose. -Bill P.S. I don't know which of you did it, but a minority number of the pics were screwed up. How do I know? Because the owner was so thrilled that he wanted to see the pics on a laptop as soon as the shoot was over. Digital Rebels can be a little finicky can't they.. In the oft repeated words of many a vet, "Don't lie to me buddy, cuz I was there!"
