i lose weight when i go on vacation. i usually dont eat as much because its not convenient, plus when i drink i dont eat as much and that makes me lose weight too.

Historically I usually eat larger portions when away, must be all the restaurant meals and room service. It will be interesting to see how I do on this trip.

I think starting the day with some exercise will set a good pattern of inspiration and habit for the day.

A big shout-out to the few and the proud that hit the gym at Internext....

Joesho, Joan, Grace, and Mike. I made it there 3 days, plus 3 sunrise beach workouts as well.

This was the first time I came back from the show 5 pounds lighter.

I swam laps every morning around 8am. I love swimming laps in that pool.

I got a house in Vegas, but I might get a room at the Venetian too, but we can work out at whatever gym you want. canyon ranch spa is a good one it is in the venetian I believe. I forgot . LOL
