As some of you may have seen posted, I started eating healthier and stopping to drink to get in better shape for Internext. I gave myself a little over one month to try and drop 20 lbs, but I have done it much quicker!

June 27th: 250 lbs
July 3rd: 243 lbs
July 10th: 236 lbs
July 16th: 230 lbs

I think I may be able to hit 220-225 now before the show

Heh not slim yet, but I've seen a huge difference week to week and so has everyone else around here. I'm 6'3 so the weight never looked that overweight, but it looks a lot better now.

Actually seemed to be a lot easier than I thought. I didn't follow any diet rules per say, just modified my eating/drinking habits a bit.

ie. dropped alcohol, bought only healthy groceries, tried to pick healthy items when eating out. That's all.

must be over a year ago now on here someone posted a link to some great page a guy had made, with day-by-day photos of him transforming from a podgy sap into some cut up muscle guy. Also listed details of his diet.

I know it's a longshot, but anyone still have this link?

I've had a look thru google but all I get is these 12 step training program things that of course, just want your money.

I'll try to find some before pics (I know I've been in quite a few show pics, but don't think I'm topless in them...least that I remember lol), and I'll take some new ones exactly after one month (so one more week to go), and post them up.

As for losing it too fast, as many people told me, a lot of it is just water weight which is easy to drop...I'm still losing .5-1 lbs a day now but it's starting to slowdown.

proud of yah though. at least one of ya'll actually listened to me. but you're right, the first 20-30 lbs are incredibly easy to lose. wait till you hit where i am. i'm 195 as of this morning, and its a freaking struggle to lose 1lb a week, and 0.5% of body fat a week. i'll get there. now, just start working out. when i get my crib in san pedro, i'll have to find a new gym, cuz aint no way im driving to escazu everyday

Ok it just so happens the only 2 times I've drank in the past month, you were there

If you move out my way, ther's a cool gym up the street my from new place that is where most of the female models work out I've heard. We can go there
