Edward J. Wedelstedt, and my error, he has been indicted on obscenity charges, but this is an actual example of what the DOJ is charging as obscenity. These DVDs are not the extreme rape and bondage type materials Extreme Associates was charged with, but are oral and anal sex compilations.

You erroneously assume that I "worry" about such things. I keep up with the everchanging landscape and adjust my sites accordingly. I am however concerned for fellow posters at these forums who are apparently unaware of certain activities and attempt to assemble information they should read. If after being shown such info they choose to ignore it, then it is no longer my concern.

As we babble on this board, the main group responsible for almost all complaints handled by the FCC in recent years has been following events with a microscope. They have generated over 50,000 obscenity complaints in every state of our country and are meeting with the attorney general this month to light a fire under his taking action on them. I'm not talking about "just some wackos", I'm talking about extremely well organized and funded people that have an excellent track record of getting results.

If you haven't read these 2 threads of information, I highly recommend that you (and anyone else who hasn't) do. Get to know the names of the players, you will be hearing much more from them in upcoming months.
