did you forward it to Spa Cash an allow them to suspend his account?? |

And thank you 3Piece! I am sure that reporting it to CAN SPAM will help the future of honest Adult Companies that have to work against non honest affiliates or business. NOT! |
Quote:
Whoaaa there Alien. I thought we were weeding people out that were dishonest. You can not have both sides of the road pal. Isn't this the guy that will " find another program to prey on" ??? |
I get that kinda shit everyday.
Everyone does... Why? Because it continues unabated by Regulatory practice. |
Thats my point in just one facet that will help legit companies regarding .xxx.
|
Rest assured as the abuse continues those that harbor and operate such techniques will be weeded out by regulated guide line through .xxx and information sharing.
Eventually they will run out of places to hide or they will run out of places to run to. |
You keep posting like this
ASRC ( adult self regulatory counsel) exists and actually has some type of power that is greater than the government and would not be harmful to our industry. It doesn't It will not, it's not going to happen. If it did exist it would be filled with the same sons of bitches that are working .xxx behind the scenes. And would be worthless. |
I do think it can be said that the industry will work itself into .xxx and not be forced into it by laws.
The industry would eventually clean itself up through good business practice as the corrupt basically ruin any efforts on the .com, .Nets and .orgs or what have you. |

You still haven't answered my question. how would .xxx have stopped that spam from getting into your inbox this morning. do not post about some non existant organization that will never exist. Tell me how a new TLD would do it without isps blocking the .xxx tld?? Direct answer with some basis of reality please |

You can not be serious. |

That is the scary part . . . he probably is. |

"how would .xxx have stopped that spam from getting into your inbox this morning."
I do not know but let me take a guess. One can trust it was not sent from an honest .xxx. Complaints would be sent to .xxx and the affiliate program. The affiliate would be fingered and shared then removed as an affiliate to the honest companies that work within or operate a .xxx domain thus removing risk to the honest companies exposure against possible private lawsuits or even governmental ones from those that recieve unwanted or explicit adult spam. Who knows... |

Read the thread and welcome to the discussion. There might be a way you can protect your company dude. |

Thank you, that was my point exactly. but that doesn't appear to be good enough for some people. |

That's b/c most of them don't run affilate programs. |

you obviously missed the part about not using the non-existant organization that would be made up of the very sons of bitches behind the push for .xxx. as your answer. but I'll let you off the hook and answer it for you. It wouldn't have. |
Quote:
I agree, most are content bitching and complaining we won't do anything about it, rather then sending a complaint or forwarding it to someone who will take care of it. |
Your point does not hold water Mack.
That affiliate would branded and prevented from entering a .xxx affiliates program as it would be shared. Repeat offenders could face lawsuits or even the FTC. |

I love when they are happy to run to a board and post about the spam, rather then email me. And here's a hint, when you do deciced to email, send me the FULL email. That way I can see the tracking links and figure out who sent it. I think we might need a noobs course on how to handle spam the mature way. Like the spam fucking hurts you. Do you know how much spam I get everyday? Guess what I do, I delete it. If you need to bitch, report it to a sponsor and don't be an asshole about it. Don't type in all caps, threaten legal action or come off like a complete asshole. Forward me the email with a short message about how you got this and what I plan to do with it. The nicer you are to me, the more I will be happy to help you. |

No offense SPA Cash I was not doing it to report spam but to prove it as a living example.
I am sure your company does what it can. |

The only other step is report it to the people who enforce Can-Spam Laws. I think I'll take my chances with Tony. |
http://www.iffor.org/images/IFFOR_Org_Chart.gif See "Free Expression Support Organisation" in the Illustration and the "Privacy and Security constituency". Are possibilities that would take up affiliate fraud and information sharing. |
Final time
you obviously missed the part about not using the non-existant organization that would be made up of the very sons of bitches behind the push for .xxx. as your answer. but I'll let you off the hook and answer it for you. It wouldn't have. |
I've tried to read this entire thread but it's a bit much. Cliff notes anyone?
One of the strange things about this issue is the lack of attention to "other things". According to our government, porn is the root of all evil. Much more attention to should be given to kids seeing other things freely available on the Internet - Sites about self mutilation, how to hot wire cars, how to build bombs, how to plan a raid to kill their follow students. You can't get this kind of crap off the Intenet. And no matter what, at the end of the day, the kids are smarter than most parents when it comes to computers - and they'll side step any measures put into place to prevent them from seeing what they want to see, no matter what it is. Next up is the fact that such laws would only work in the US if porn was forced to the xxx domains. If such a law was put into place, the porn isn't going to go away. People in other countries will still be able to put up sites on any domain or TLD it wishes - and there isn't anything the US Government can do about it. |
Ya place a good argument RockHard as to why .xxx being the only place
ADULT WOULD be and being FORCED INTO .XXX IS QUITE BOGUS. BUt it makes a great shock story for the sheep. Realistically it would almost be impossible to force .xxx to be the only place for adult online. |

LOL Ask your daddy about his FTC Decree... You still shine at not knowing diddly. Grow up. I have been around long enough to know you were run off at least 3 boards for being revealed to be a complete moron. Keep spewing your sputtering burbly nothingness. Your lack of knowledge is something you can brag to your kids about one day. |
Shit Far L I do not recall the FCC busting who?
Or taking down what lately? What are saying? Fucken retard. You know that don't you? DUMB. As a fucken nails. |
I will tell you folks right now what Far L is all mad about.
I used to work for CE. Thats right... CYBEREROTICA. CECASH. Worked for Ron Levi Proudly! Infact I still get along with em. But ya know poor old Far L... Poor Far L no longer has a paycheck, lost his ass in court and now thinks that somehow I am some sorta guy of Rons... Quite the Contrary. I run my own business as a design company in Los Angeles out of Ialien.com. iAlien is an LLC in Nevada. I been around in the industry over 12 Years now... I've worked for alot of people. Some gladly some badly. That can not be denied. But one thing is for sure... All but one of the companies I used to work for might be a little disgruntled about me because I didnt like how things were done... Now Far L... Just because your really are an idiot and Ron could not stand your lame ass the whole time does not mean ya can single out one of his ex employee's and stock them and slander them. You are stalking me Far L and I will fucken file a suit on your looser ass so quit. Your pushing me. Ya wanna make AVN again as this ex employee of Ron's is being herassed by you because you are a fucken child and to stupid to see that your fucken with the wrong guy again? It would make great headlines ya attention whore. |
Quote:
You don't know the difference between the FTC and the FCC and you are calling me the retard? You know how stupid you look? Little monkey, keep dancing for the banana your organ grinder pays you with... |
From the article:
While some have argued that a dot-xxx TLD is inevitable, Thursday?s move by the Commerce Department calls those assertions into doubt. |
True.
.Xxx could be or is toast. Right now. Nothing more than that AP to go by. I said so on page 2 or 3 LOL:) |
Quote:
And by the way... chalk that up as another ex-job. Design firm? You counting your pets as employees? What have I said that isn't true? You are a second rate designer and you have been fired time and time again for being lame. Now stop pretending you are actually successful enough to wage a lawsuit and go back to making some banners and buttons, peon. |
Quote:
I know you have trouble with your spelling so I am just trying to help you out... |
Quote:
I almost missed that!!!! hahahahahahahahahaha So they all hate you because you came in and said the way things should be rather than paying attention to what was asked? Typical lameness... designers that think they are something special but are not are typically prone to that kind of arrogance... Now you want to just set everyone straight about the way things should be in the industry because you don't have an about to be former employer to tell it to right? Moron. :321GFY How is that lawsuit coming along tough guy? |

program to .xxx: shit really? I'll go can him. sorry. program to spammer: dude can you lay low for a few weeks? We've got another site launching next month, thanks for the $10k worth of sales. You'll get your cheque next week. program to .xxx: we cut the bastard!... sorry about that. We can't control our affiliates spamming though... anyone can sign up, send a few tgp sales and switch over to spam after a few weeks.. no way we can stop that. .xxx to program: yeah it's ok you spend $5000 on domains with us each year anyways i know theres nothing you can do and there will always be a few bad affiliates out of 1000.. as long as you stay on top of it and do your best especially when we contact you about it. |

Is that the best you could come up with? Pathetic. About as unique and original and compelling as one of your breakthrough designs mr 12 years of generic work. |
