South Beach phase 1. Pretty much sticking with phase 1 which is more like Atkins. Plus Soloflex, bike riding, etc.

Meat, eggs, nuts, veggies (some), basically NO carbs at all. Your body is trained to crave carbs and they are bad bad bad. You cut them out you don't crave them after about 2 weeks. I can eat the way I eat now, and be happy the rest of my life. I went from about 4000 calories a day to around 900 btw. ;)

Also, I was pushing having to wear 56 size pants. Meaning, the 54's were getting a bit snug lol. I am now down to a loose 48.
