Meat, eggs, nuts, veggies (some), basically NO carbs at all. Your body is trained to crave carbs and they are bad bad bad. You cut them out you don't crave them after about 2 weeks. I can eat the way I eat now, and be happy the rest of my life. I went from about 4000 calories a day to around 900 btw. ;)
