				 | Tofu rocks! It takes on any flavor you prepare it with. Try soy sauce and soy oil with some green peppers.

				 | Healthy does not always mean diet foods. Most kinds of stir fries use less than a teaspoon of oil and are fast and easy to prepare. With the season change you can get excellent ingredients. A wide variety of salads are also good as long as you do not go overboard with dressings. Chicken in a variety of ways can also be nice. A good tomato sauce works wonders on it. Fish & seafood is a always fast and very easy dish to make as well.
