Lots of easy to prepare frozen food that is healthy for you...you can get just about any type of burger nowadays, chicken, turkey, tuna, soy, veggie, fish...

Healthy does not always mean diet foods.
Most kinds of stir fries use less than a teaspoon of oil and are fast and easy to prepare. With the season change you can get excellent ingredients. A wide variety of salads are also good as long as you do not go overboard with dressings.
Chicken in a variety of ways can also be nice. A good tomato sauce works wonders on it. Fish & seafood is a always fast and very easy dish to make as well.

really depends on what you are looking for... I always have a lot of Lean Cuisines in the freezer when I don't want to cook anything. They have really improved on the taste a lot...
