ibill sucks a mountain of ass!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well for about the 5th time in 3 weeks ibill is down yet again. I just called them and they confirmed that they are having 'technical difficulties' and have no idea when they will be fixed. A few weeks ago a customer notified me to tell me he could not pay me, I called ibill immediately and was told the same shit. In short they SUCK and I am now finally convinced to stop using them!!!!!! arghhh I'm so pissed, they are costing me $$$ and charging an insane percentage on top of that.

well call them right now and tell them you can login, toll free number is 800-764-4266. You dont need an account just say you cant login to your cmi and you will get a lame excuse. They give you ZERO fuckin notification of this fucking shit! I have no idea how many sales Im missing out on!!! Its 100% unacceptable!!!!!!!!

well....i've never heard my peepz sayin ibill sucks mountains of ass...
In fact almost everyone i know has a good view of ibill. Calm down im sure they are getting the issue resolved. Computers arent exactly 100% yet brutha...lol Freeze yourself & come back in the year 2050 maybe we'll have it down by then. |

For sure they will resolve the issue, they always do. My point is that they never send out notification when they are down. I just happened to try to login and found out they were down. Are they hopin that no one will notice when they are down? I have no way of knowing how frequently they go down and for how long. Its unprofessional not to notify customers when there are problems. Just send an email saying we are down and will be up by X time and Ill update my sites to reflect that so I don't piss of MY customers. They are making me look bad and its easily preventable. Ask ANY network admin, you need to tell people when there are problems.

dude....try tellin 10,000 webmasters the system is down, half of the webmasters wont get the mail for weeks.
Then for the next 2 months u got dumbasses callin u askin if the system is down...which is a tech support nightmare. |

Uhm, stats and all the usual shit working for me.
Is this a revshare issue or you have a master account Jizzo? My wire came thru like clockwork yesterday as usual, so I dont see any payment issues. The fact of the matter is iBill rules, and have for 4+ years now. Newbies slagging iBill cause they didnt get a signup off their 500k hun clicks is usually the problem. I have no complaints about their payments, they always arrive on time. However, there have been several times lately when a customer has contacted me to say they are trying to pay me with ibill and can't. When I call ibill to inquire it has always been the case that ibill is down. My concern is about customers that don't bother to try to contact me. This could be resulting in a lost sale.

Ahhh, I am not so happy about the scrub rate with them as well. I am glad they stopped showing how many declines I would get in a day as it was truly depressing. But I am too much of a paranoid bitch to get my own merchant account and process for my own sites so I cannot complain. Quote:
