I have no complaints about their payments, they always arrive on time. However, there have been several times lately when a customer has contacted me to say they are trying to pay me with ibill and can't. When I call ibill to inquire it has always been the case that ibill is down. My concern is about customers that don't bother to try to contact me. This could be resulting in a lost sale.

Labret, the problem I am having with them today is not even for an adult domain, its for another product I sell. Thanks for the newbie tip though, I'll be sure to pass it on to any newbies I encounter
