For sure they will resolve the issue, they always do. My point is that they never send out notification when they are down. I just happened to try to login and found out they were down. Are they hopin that no one will notice when they are down? I have no way of knowing how frequently they go down and for how long. Its unprofessional not to notify customers when there are problems. Just send an email saying we are down and will be up by X time and Ill update my sites to reflect that so I don't piss of MY customers. They are making me look bad and its easily preventable. Ask ANY network admin, you need to tell people when there are problems.
