Still down for me - but you can be very certain they're running around like headless chickens trying to fix it and dragging people out of bed to help. A pain in the ass but they'll resolve it soon I'm sure and you usually can't maon about their uptime which is normally excellent.

But then you also get what you pay for to an extent and whatever the shit is that's happened there's a fair chance many hosts charging a lot more could have had it happen too.

Usually, the mail server should try to re-send the email for up to 5 days, unless your DNS servers are down.

Just phoned them - phones ringing off the hook. They sounded pretty stressed & lots of voices in the background.

No fires, etc... and they're saying that no boxed are wrong - it's "higher up the chain"

Probably a power outage to some routers... Either that or their carriers have gone wonky... But I think the problem is more routed with them...

well this is not just one of the usualy server downtimes.. this is probably the biggest downtime of enterprise datacenters

I've got one box that I use to host thumbs for one of my TGPs that is still offline. Lucky for me it's the only box and it's not critical.
