I have had a box with ServerMatrix/ThePlanet for coming up on 18 months and this is only the second spell of downtime I have had: the other lasted just a few minutes. That's a better record than many of the so-called premium hosts I have worked with.

well this is not just one of the usualy server downtimes.. this is probably the biggest downtime of enterprise datacenters
