If you are going to get upset every time you have hosting or routing problems, you are in the wrong business.
I have had a box with ServerMatrix/ThePlanet for coming up on 18 months and this is only the second spell of downtime I have had: the other lasted just a few minutes. That's a better record than many of the so-called premium hosts I have worked with.
