Do NOT buy anything from domyphoto.com because they are liars and scammers and selling stolen content. After investigation I found out that they are selling stolen content from another provider (perhaps several) and trying to pass it off as "exclusive". I'm VERY glad that I didn't make a purchase through them and I am also glad that I found out so I can warn others. They've posted here before and if you've bought anything from them, do anything you can to get your money back.

He claims to be from Russia but I've been told he's actually in Arizona, so you SHOULD be able to go after him.

I seriously doubt that the guy from domyphoto.com is the photographer because he was trying to sell me the set as "EXCLUSIVE". I don't know how XPhotography would have gotten them if he hadn't sold them yet. And XPhotography has been around for quite awhile.

Yesterday someone posted on the board about domyphoto.com and gave the e-mail address [email protected] which I e-mailed with questions.

He then ICQed me and told me to send him a wire to a Russian account. I spoke to the bank about it and they said it might take as long as 30 days to get to him, so I came back to ask about alternate methods but he'd said he was going to bed and he was not online.

Meanwhile I had e-mailed the address on the site, [email protected] because I had not heard back from the original e-mail (this was before the first guy ICQed me.) After I came back to ask about the wire, I was ICQed by someone else, who said the wire information I had was NOT his, and he wanted to give me Western Union info.

So apprently the first guy I talked to was trying to scam people into thinking the domyphoto.com stuff was his. Thankfully, I sent him no money.

The second guy proved that he was from domyphoto.com by giving me a password that I sent to [email protected] and also by adding the word "SOLD" beside the set I was considering ordering.

So I actually sent him the money via Western Union.

Later I was searching for more content in the same niche and I came across some of the sets that I had just bought as "exlucsive" at XPhotography. Needless to say I was very upset.

Luckily I was able to cancel this transfer before he went to pick it up.

I thought I'd done my homework because he said he had all the ID's and 2257 documents, but sometimes you just don't know, no matter how hard you try So from now on, I'm sticking to content providers that I already know. I hate that I have to do this because I'll be missing out on some great stuff, but I'm not taking chances like this anymore.

To top it off, my computer is currently down. Right after he ICQed me to tell me he couldn't pick up the money and I told him that I wasn't buying stolen content, my computer crashed and there is no master boot record anymore and my drive is bare. Everything is gone. My sites, my content... EVERYTHING. Even photos of my babies.

I know, I know, everyone is going to say I'm a dumbass for not backing everything up, but we were going to purchase a brand new hard drive to put into our spare computer AND a ton of CD's to burn everything in TWO DAYS. I kid you not, just two days and I'd have been backed up and safe.

Now, I'm not saying he attacked me, maybe he didn't. But I CAN tell you that my hard drive is less than 1 year old, my computer is about 1 year old and I had a firewall and TWO virus protection programs installed. And he probably DID have my IP address from where I logged into his content store.

I know I'll be flamed and blamed, but I don't care. I want to try to prevent this from happening to anyone else, even if it makes me look like a moron.

2. Xphotography.com are BROKER of my content.
3. I and my models are LIVING in Russia.
4. I NEVER was in Arizona or USA.
5. In last time I had problems with my database and some content I mix (exclusive and not exclusive). But it's a little percent from my stocks. My partnership with xphotography stopped 6 month ago and we have some unorder. I change all sold not exclusive content for exclusive for all buyers. And I give good discount for it.
6. I have the very big buyers and I not had problems in last.
7. All my models live NEAR me and I may give much evidences that MY content is MY content. I have ALL 2257 docs and ID's. And it's RUSSIAN ID's.
8. You can look on my site that we make CUSTOM SHOOTS. Or you think, that custom shoots make for us xphotography? : )

Do you deny that you tried to sell me the catfights set as EXCLUSIVE? They cannot be exclusive if they are being sold through XPhotography. You did not tell me anything about them only be "partially" exclusive. Do you think that if you tell me a set is exclusive and it's not, you have one leg to stand on in court? Do you? Especially since you never gave me even one picture.

I cannot apologize to you without an explanation, because even if you took the photos (as the photogtapher), you were NOT selling them to me exclusively and XPhotography has told me information that does not match yours.

Unless you can prove they are yours and somehow prove the sets you claimed were exclusive indeed are, there is no reason whatsoever to expect me to apologize. I think it is you who should apologize for not telling a customer that the sets were not 100% exclusive as they were claimed to be.

If you think you scare me with threats of lawyers, you don't. I will apologize if I feel I have wronged you but I will NOT apologize under duress because you threaten me. I have 5 children and I own NOTHING. You won't get anything from me if you sue, so there is really no reason to do such.

Prove me wrong and I will apologize. I am a woman of extremely strong character and when I'm wrong, I'm not afraid to admit it. But I will not be bullied into it.

If there is no contract between the two stating otherwise, the photographer can sell the pics. I suspect what he meant by exclusive is he is going to sell them for a one time.

THIS, however, was represented as exclusive, and when I told him I'd sent the money (and he had confirmed it, I imagine, by using the verification code) he marked the set as "SOLD".

Anyway, Mark, please prove me wrong. I honestly hope you can restore my faith, because right now I feel pretty bad. If you are in the right here, I WILL apologize.

Mark, exclusive means that only ONE person will have the right to use the content. It doesn't mean that you are the only one selling it. Being a content provider you should know this. Exclusive means that I would be the ONLY one who would have that content on my sites, and since the content has been sold through XPhotography it is probably on many websites. That is NOT exclusive.

If you are indeed the photographer, then I do apologize. But how can I apologize for the exclusivity thing? All that I've said regarding exclusivity is true, is it not? Apologizing without proof would ruin MY reputation.

It was Skan Media, but it was only brokered through them. The seller said they owned the rights to them, but when I pointed out that he could not possibly own the rights to a celebrity nude without spending thousands of dollars, they (Skan Media) gave me a refund and removed the seller from their content store. I mean, if they DID spend thousands of dollars on a celebrity nude license, it certainly wouldn't show up in a $28 gay photo assortment, would it? LOL Besides, it was a photoshopped fake. I never sould have bought the set if I'd known that pic was in it because I'd have know right away it wasn't legit.

I tell to all my buyers now: maybe some sets have other people. Inform me and I will change it. With compensation.
But it's very little percent.
I not had contracts with xphotography. I not want to make troubles for them. And we delete our problems SILENTLY. Therefore I and xphotography NOT use forums for our problems. It's our problems ONLY.

Well, apparently this is between you and XPhotography now, so I will bow out and leave this between you two. If I was wrong, then I do apologize. I felt like you were trying to cheat me by selling me content that was supposed to be exclusive, and perhaps you did not mean to do so. I apologize if I came to the wrong conclusions based on false information.

Anyway, if you have the information necessary to prove that you are the photographer, then nothing more needs to be said. I apologize for saying the content was stolen, since you can apparently prove that it is not. And apparently the exclusive license thing was just a simple misunderstanding.

I probably won't be able to come back to this thread tonight because I have to get some house cleaning done, but I will try to be back tomorrow in case anyone else needs to know anything about the situation.
