Website address I found on a dollar bill...

I'm sitting here, counting money, and I come across a one dollar bill that had www.wheresgeorge.com written on it.

So, of course, I visited the website and saw what it was about.

This gives me a new marketing idea...

Imagine sitting there in prison and someone asks you what you're in for - and you reply, "I cemented a one dollar bill."

They'd pass you around like a plastic fuck doll.

I thought of that shit awhile ago....but putting a porn URL on a dollar bill will DEFINITELY catch you some heat. I decided not to do it. There's no way you can do it and make a profit off of it without it being traced to you...

Plus my main url is kind of vulgar sounding....I would have people mad at me in a month or two

                        That site is Soooo Old...

The laws on defacing currency are very vague.
You can't really get in trouble unless you do something so bad that it's not recognizable as money. So, if you can still go to the store and spend it... you won't be in trouble..

.. unless of course it's adult website url's you're writing all over your money. Obviously, this is a very stupid idea.

Check out what happened when I entered the serial number into the site here.

It looks like we got this bill at the Wawa today.

Anyone could write your website address on a bill. Unless your caught red handed, there is no proof the website owner is responsible.

That site's been open for years and has been written up in several large national magazines and papers. I'd like to think the government has more to do than go after folks that have some fun tracking money

I've found many bills with the URL on them and I've always registered them and said where I've found them - it's fun to see where they came from and where they go

                                    Yeah, OK, I'm easily entertained

About a year ago, I got a $5 bill in CA that started in TX. I plugged it in, but it never registered another hit.

Lets see they trace the serial numbers on the bills Via the bank to your local. Do a whois on the site and find that the owner lives in the same city where the defaced bills originated. Someone remembers you using the bill. The get a warrent search find one bill that you forgot to get rid of. Match the ink used to deface the bill to something in your home/office that has the same ink. Then you find out that you coughed or sneezed close enough to one of the bills to leave a dna sample or one of the bills was reported before it was handled to much and still had your fingerprint on it

Oh damn unfit for circulation. Do you think 1000's of 1 dollar bills plastered with "www.AnalFelchers.com/slurphisasscum/" might that be unfit for circulation??? Damn there goes my idea for the site marketing. Oh well have to come up with something else.
