Do you deny that you tried to sell me the catfights set as EXCLUSIVE? They cannot be exclusive if they are being sold through XPhotography. You did not tell me anything about them only be "partially" exclusive. Do you think that if you tell me a set is exclusive and it's not, you have one leg to stand on in court? Do you? Especially since you never gave me even one picture.

I cannot apologize to you without an explanation, because even if you took the photos (as the photogtapher), you were NOT selling them to me exclusively and XPhotography has told me information that does not match yours.

Unless you can prove they are yours and somehow prove the sets you claimed were exclusive indeed are, there is no reason whatsoever to expect me to apologize. I think it is you who should apologize for not telling a customer that the sets were not 100% exclusive as they were claimed to be.

If you think you scare me with threats of lawyers, you don't. I will apologize if I feel I have wronged you but I will NOT apologize under duress because you threaten me. I have 5 children and I own NOTHING. You won't get anything from me if you sue, so there is really no reason to do such.

Prove me wrong and I will apologize. I am a woman of extremely strong character and when I'm wrong, I'm not afraid to admit it. But I will not be bullied into it.
