Mark, exclusive means that only ONE person will have the right to use the content. It doesn't mean that you are the only one selling it. Being a content provider you should know this. Exclusive means that I would be the ONLY one who would have that content on my sites, and since the content has been sold through XPhotography it is probably on many websites. That is NOT exclusive.

If you are indeed the photographer, then I do apologize. But how can I apologize for the exclusivity thing? All that I've said regarding exclusivity is true, is it not? Apologizing without proof would ruin MY reputation.
