i don't believe that 99% of russians are cheaters. I have met some really honest guys doing their work like the rest. But, I don't agree on informing the cheater. What's the point? I tested for a 90k site and their counting was very accurate. The canceling of accounts after 30days of inactivity might be due to a limit database or something I can't figure. But it's not a big deal, you can rejoin and get linking codes in a minute. In a chat i have with an american webmaster that runs tgps he told me that he had a discussion with a russian webmaster and the guy couldn't understand the difference of a 14y.old girl with an 18y.old teen. He tried to explained him, but no difference. This is very sad, but doesnt reflect the majority of russian webmasters. Honest webmasters from banned countries don't have problem to join many of the big sponsors. I know plenty of them.

#1 Candid Clicks is a great program. I wouldn't put it in my sig if it wasn't. I have tried a buttload of click programs and they are the best and the most upfront. #2 Of course persignups pay better but ever heard of covering your bases?
