Hello Everyone!

My name is Ross Temby and I am taking over the operational side Merchant Solutions. My first point of call will be implementing new support and payment procedures to ensure there is no more delays. In the meantime, I am now being CC'd on all support tickets and emails to make sure that each one is responded to in a timely manner.

I have not yet been setup with a company mobile phone but I will have one in the next 24 hours. So for now I can only reached through the number listed in my signature below. Please remember we are located in Brisbane, Australia which is +10GMT (No daylight savings).

hey guys we're running 100mbps for $1800 specials right now, powerful high end servers and we offer 0 downtime migrations, we're in chicago equinix, running our own BGP network and inside our own private cage with 24hr staff, and we dont use any cogent or lower end bw providers.

Does this thread mean people are now being paid? I see nothing so far other than iBill style waffle. It'd be nice to think they were as many using Merchant Solutiuons were those already burnt by iBill and others. Even if it was a bit naive to use merchsol they still don't deserve to get screwed again.

If any of you out there are actually owed any funds please contact me and let me look into it for you. I can't really help you with "YOU OWE LOTS OF PEOPLE MONEY" except for maybe paying every member of GFY

I will be doing everything I possibly can to get everything corrected and hopefully fix our reputation in this community. Seeing at this point in time I don't understand some of your skepticism I will have to wait for your enquiries to roll in.
