Hello Everyone!
My name is Ross Temby and I am taking over the operational side Merchant Solutions. My first point of call will be implementing new support and payment procedures to ensure there is no more delays. In the meantime, I am now being CC'd on all support tickets and emails to make sure that each one is responded to in a timely manner. Does this thread mean people are now being paid? I see nothing so far other than iBill style waffle. It'd be nice to think they were as many using Merchant Solutiuons were those already burnt by iBill and others. Even if it was a bit naive to use merchsol they still don't deserve to get screwed again.
