Blowing past all the smoke and side stepping the bullshit. the bottom line is, the models ID, the date the release is signed. Does anybody here think that "paperwork error" is gonna cut it with a Federal Judge as a defense?

Face it, if anybody gets dragged into court for a 2257 violation, it's already acknowledged that your a pornographer, and they are trying to prove that your a lying Child Pornographer. How much slack do you think you'll get.

Do you think they'll wait for you to get some documents from Russia?

What comes out in this whole thread is the lack of professionlaism on both sides, Logan and Mark.

Logan it looks like you accepted content onto your US premises of models without checking the IDs, STUPID. Be the supplier Russian, Martian or the guy next door check the documentation on ALL models thoroughly. If in doubt get the documentation resent. The SAME documentation not different ones, a model can work when they are under and over age.

Logan, stop buying on price and you might get better sales and documentation.

Only accept content from producers who will supply TWO goverment issued IDs, have a picture of the model holding the document next to her face on EVERY SET. Check the signature on the ID and on the Model Release match. Check the names, dates and that the model filled in all parts of the Release.

Mark, get efficient you're a fuck up and people could do prison time because of you. The documentation has to be sent out 100% perfect in the first place.

I've been looking for content producers recently and was contacted by Do My Photo amongst others.

One of the Russian providers sent me samples of girls that looked 16-17, when I asked the age of the girls I was told 18. So I asked for the IDs of the girls before I ordered custom sets of her, said I needed vibrator insertion shots and would only pay on delivery and acceptance.

I was told payment up front, documentation with the order and the girls would only do non insertion. This set off big alarm bells. In my experience of shooting content few 18 year old have a problem with vibrators, I think the content was already shot. So who knows the age of the girls.

I stopped dealing with this guy.

If Logan get's visited by the police he's facing jail time for having the content on his premises. Not only jail time, the whole process will totally fuck him up, the police and Distric Attorney will make sure of it.

My advice to him is to go throught EVERY piece of content he has and if any of it will not satisfy a judge get it put right immediately or burn it. Giving the address of a producer in Czech or Bulgaria or the US for Keeper of Records, does not cut it for me as a supplier of porn.

Actually here in Russia poor doesn't mean not educated. Everyone in Russia MUST to complete at least 8-year school. And almost all schools have an imperative English course. Actually Russian education system is still very strong. That's why the States were using Russian rockets to send their astronauts and cargos to the orbit during all past year

BTW, the meaning of "poor" in Russia differs depending the region. For example, you will be considered a poor man is your income is about $100 and you are living in some small Siberian village. However the person earning $300-$500 a month is also considered poor in Moscow or St. Petersburg. So the income rate in big Russian cities is rather high. Also don't forget that about 20% of all Russians are living in 2 cities only: Moscow and St. Petersburg. I don't even count other big cities... So make your conclusion.

As for poor and deucation, it's the same the world round. The poor live in the poor areas which tend to have the poorer schools and teachers so the ecucation is poorer.

Same in Moscow, London and Washington.

With the exceptional schools standing out.

BTW, the most funny thing here in Russia is that porn is being sold everywhere. XXX DVD's and magazines are being sold openly in many stalls. Each VHS/DVD lease company has a fat list of XXX movies. Few Russian satellite and cable TV providers (inclusing famous NTV copmany) are translating XXX Private Gold channel 24/7. Even some public (i.e. non-crypted) TV channels are translating the movies like "Caligula" without any cuts - with closeup cumshot scenes etc. So the anti-porn law here works on the papers only...
