Just got out of the shower, and weighed myself. For the first time in I don't know how many years, the dial is below 200.

I hope those penis pills don't add to much weight, those last 5 pounds were tough enough to get rid of.

hell yeha... i shot under 200lbs a few months ago, its a cool feeling...

weird thing is, in my eyes, i dont look smaller.. but none of my pants are fitting and everyone i know is tellin me i look alot smaller.. pretty cool shit

btw, i was at 220lbs, now im at 175 :D

Yikes! 175? If I get that light I would be on my death bed, but congrats if it fits your frame. My goal was under 200, but I think 190 would be the lightest I would feel comfortable with.

Guess I need to go back to my tailor now as none of my suits fit right anymore. I know my shrink to fit jeans are not shrinking enough to be as tight as they used to be straight from the shower.

I have been using this raw food diet since about Thanksgiving. I don't follow it to the letter, but it has kept me away from fast food, pizza, sugar in my cappucino, and any type of sweets. Alcohol and soda pop has virtually been eliminated as well. So, anything fun is gone.

I kind of went off it when I was in Vegas because, well, I was in Vegas and got invited to some great dinners (thanks Sleazy, Fade and Lee).
