As to the original question, Americans think they can police the rest of the world because they think they're better than everybody else, simple as that...typical ethnocentric attitiude. WHat the fuck are you talking about? I said the Asians knew of the tsunami three hours in advance, not the NOAA. So why the link? You hate America, yet your trying to say it was the responsibility of a US agency to warn of the tsunamis? Can't live with us, can't live without us, eh?
