losing weight

any quiet exercise machine that can keep me active to burn some calories, fucking beer belly is really getting to me latly, soon i will need to try then penis pills in order to see my cock. i live in an apartment building so running on a threadmill isnt an answer, its winter so jogging is a little difficult, and i dont have time to run to a gym.

any other answers to burn... quietly ... sex and jerking off isnt helping.

I lost 50 pounds last year and haven't gained any back.

I'd recommend counting calories, not carbs.

Get some small weights for the house. Any muscle you can gain will help with weight loss as muscle require more calories than fat.

Get into a gym and do lots of cardio exercises, plus Biking, jogging and such are a must if you are looking into loose some weight.

note: if you eat lots of shit food you should look into that also...

Nicely said dude, I had this same problem. But the main thing you should remember about is to do not eat while drinking a beer.

Now I'm not eating anything and I'm gaining weight really fast, because I stopped smoking

But I prefer to be fat than to smoke.. at least now..

i definatly enjoy eating, but i dont eat junk, i hate chips and candy and pop and that shit, but i do like my beer, fuck just an year ago i had visable abs. I been gaining because all i do is sit on this fucking computer and work and than eat and drink to relax. I really need to find a hobby to get me doing physical work. Id really like to get to a gym, but im sure that is unlikly to happen, I was hoping to get some in home bike to sit on while watching tv. but id rather be working my upper body while burning, not my legs.

People make a big thing about diets and losing weight as if it's some kind of big secret. It simply requires a little will power whichever method you choose. If you don't have that you're fucked from the start.

A little excercise (gym is ideal at least 2-3 times a week), eat smaller portions and cut out all excess fat and sugar (ie don't eat fried foods, chips and other shit like that) is all that's required. Do that and you'll lose weight. If you can't manage to do that then you've got problems with any dieting method you choose anyway.

I cut out drinking during the week (well, it's only been since New Years). Already lost a few pounds. And will save a decent chunk of change. That and lowered my carb intake and fat intake. Feel better too.. not as sluggish, the brain's a bit faster. The pros are worth not having a drink every day, at least.

I dont keep track of how many calories i ate, i dont remember what i ate today let alone count calories. Id say avg 12 beers a week.
