People make a big thing about diets and losing weight as if it's some kind of big secret. It simply requires a little will power whichever method you choose. If you don't have that you're fucked from the start.

A little excercise (gym is ideal at least 2-3 times a week), eat smaller portions and cut out all excess fat and sugar (ie don't eat fried foods, chips and other shit like that) is all that's required. Do that and you'll lose weight. If you can't manage to do that then you've got problems with any dieting method you choose anyway.
