I cut out drinking during the week (well, it's only been since New Years). Already lost a few pounds. And will save a decent chunk of change. That and lowered my carb intake and fat intake. Feel better too.. not as sluggish, the brain's a bit faster. The pros are worth not having a drink every day, at least.
