Quitting smoking

Want to know why?

Last night I spent 9 hours puking stomach acid and blood from my stupid habit.

I dont have any life threatening problem, I know it.. the chemicals in the smoke were causing big problems. So after 8 years, it finally hits me

Damn, good work on quitting. I could was always too lazy to get addicted. Whenever I actually wanted another cigarette the petrol station or corner store was too far away to justify the effort.

If you spent 9 hours puking blood, smoking isn't the reason. You probably have some fatal illness, and it doesn't matter anymore if you quit smoking or not - you'll die anyway.

I'm going to quit on Nov 25... 1 day after my birthday. I have quit for a year before... Go read this website and it will help you quit. Its very very interesting and will make you discusted that you smoke and teach you about your cravings and what makes them work.. pretty awesome.

I had to quit looking at the site I would have quit then. Waiting to read the whole site til the day or so before I quit.

Haha. I wont start smoking again unless its in a few years after my lungs heal.

Im just noticing what my lungs actually feel like, and they are saying 'let me rest please'

I also am semi scared because lungs shouldn't feel like this

but I could never feel them b4 ><

Maybe I will find something fun to do (that is another one of those 'never b4' type things) I think I will go outside for some fresh air here soon. I haven't ever had any identification with that thought. Just did. And am actually looking forward to going outside for a walk in darkness and snow. also im out of tonw, so the air is fresh. I'll still pack my 9 tho.~ never go anywhere without it.

I feel my lungs full of stuff. really not a pleasant feeling

I also feel cancer cells, the red blood cells, the healing process, all of it. I sure fucking hope (and fuck you) that I quit in time. I know 8 years may have been short, but I definetly wasn't easy on myself.

Lol. My birthday is on the 24th as well. I quit about 8 months ago after being a smoker for 10 years. I used Nicorette gums, makes it much easier.

This Statement alone brings me to beleive that you are not serious and will relapse at some point in time.
If you wake up puking blood its a pretty fucking good sign that you shouldnt start up anytime soon!
Thats if you make it out this time alive and healthy without any repercussions down the line.

Think about it
