ccbill control panel question
Is it possible to search for active members by anything other than username?
Most members just send their subscription id, email address or other info. I'm sure ccbill has this function but i can't seem to find it. |

You should be able to click the arrow on top and put it in the order of that table - you can then check by the number as it will follow in sequence.

thanks for the reply...
![]() But which arrow do you mean?... reports/members/active members is the page i refer to. At the bottom on the left there is a username lookup box.. what if the surfer just sends in his transaction id, or just expects us to be able to trace by his email address? do i have to call up every single member and then crawl through all the pages looking for his email or transaction id? I'm certain with all these features there must be a simple way to look up email addresses or transaction id's, or even names with out calling up the entire active members list and crawling through all the pages? Maybe i've just missed what you meant with the arrow thing...? but i don't see any arrow on the page where the username lookup box is? |

On the active members page --> make sure the *show email addresses is checked too. At the bottom right, make sure it lists 500 per page - when it shows you everyone (btw, you're right there aren't any arrows

Go to Reports, Transactions, then Lookup, can search by anything there.
