On the active members page --> make sure the *show email addresses is checked too. At the bottom right, make sure it lists 500 per page - when it shows you everyone (btw, you're right there aren't any arrows
) click on whatever info the member gave, it'll put it in sequential order, then find them there - I think that's the only way to do it if you don't have they're username.
