They seem like a mature mid-sized company, and seeking a college degree is just a normal baseline requirement in the corporate world.

On the other hand, I just tried going to their site a few times, and their home page reads:

Perhaps they could stand to lighten up on the corporate standards for the internet side of things. Many 14 year olds could address things like that.
