This individual will create, execute and analyze all new customer acquisition via the internet.

Responsibilities include:
? The acquisition of new product buyers via internet marketing including search engines and our affiliate program
? The acquisition of new entertainment buyers/subscribers via internet marketing including search engines and affiliate program
? The acquisition of catalog requesters via internet marketing, co-registrations and other web-based lead generation programs.

Candidates should possess the following:
? 5+ years experience in generating traffic from search engines, traffic trading and TGP?s.
? Direct Response experience in promotional analysis, P&L/ROI calculations, Cost per Acquisition analysis, creative and offer development
? 2 or 4 year college degree DOE
? A proven track record of acquiring new customers via internet marketing
? Experience in affiliate program management and e-mail marketing
? Knowledge and experience with the online adult market preferred
? The ability to manage relationships across different marketing teams
