If you're not familiar with Adam and Eve's history, they've been a large mail order company since before internet shopping. They were a famous target of US Gov't religious crusaders in the 80's. They seem like a mature mid-sized company, and seeking a college degree is just a normal baseline requirement in the corporate world.

On the other hand, I just tried going to their site a few times, and their home page reads:

Out of string space

Perhaps they could stand to lighten up on the corporate standards for the internet side of things. Many 14 year olds could address things like that.
