This individual will create, execute and analyze all new customer acquisition via the internet.

Responsibilities include:
? The acquisition of new product buyers via internet marketing including search engines and our affiliate program
? The acquisition of new entertainment buyers/subscribers via internet marketing including search engines and affiliate program
? The acquisition of catalog requesters via internet marketing, co-registrations and other web-based lead generation programs.

Candidates should possess the following:
? 5+ years experience in generating traffic from search engines, traffic trading and TGP?s.
? Direct Response experience in promotional analysis, P&L/ROI calculations, Cost per Acquisition analysis, creative and offer development

I kind of wondered that too.. unless your working in mainstream I have yet to use my marketing degree to any great length in the adult industry - the rules are different.

Do you pay (affiliates) with EPASSPORTE?

If you're not familiar with Adam and Eve's history, they've been a large mail order company since before internet shopping. They were a famous target of US Gov't religious crusaders in the 80's. They seem like a mature mid-sized company, and seeking a college degree is just a normal baseline requirement in the corporate world.

On the other hand, I just tried going to their site a few times, and their home page reads:

Perhaps they could stand to lighten up on the corporate standards for the internet side of things. Many 14 year olds could address things like that.

Seems someone who's been in the adult online biz for 6 years would be more valuable to them than someone with a bachelors degree in ... oh ... polisci (or even in Marketing, to be honest).
