Now that's the question that needs answering.

Good luck Lens.

If anyone from IBill cares to read this thread, Lensman is the last guy you'd want to piss off in the adult internet.

I'd love to get someone from IBill on my live show.

Questions need to be answered asap.

I thought I was the only one thinking that way...

I am not an attorney... but I sure have had my share of paying a few... and I would have to say that the place to start figuring out if a law suit is worth it is with the contract...

Does this issue get covered in any agreements between ibill and its merchants?

Man, I remember when everyone thought IBILL was the best, one of the most solid companies, will be "the last one standing". Look at them now... not paying, fucking around with every webmaster. Not replying to lawyers? Forget who's wrong and who's right, not replying to lawyers is just arrogant and stupid. It's getting shittier every day.

Im glad I never dealt with them.

I do not think this is going to be possible "on the record" this may have been done in the backend without Visa/Mastercard directly knowing. But it's unlikely someone with your volume will go un-noticed with todays Visa/Mastercard.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you're wrong. As long as the banks, IPSPs, and card associations agree, this happens all the time. It has nothing to do with today's Visa/Mastercard, and I'm completely clueless as to where you keep coming up with this statement when people who are in processing continue to correct you.

Once again it's disturbing to see how many people seem to be hoping IBill becomes the failure that they think it will. Whether you're an IBill client or not, they're very important to the stability of this industry. If IBill goes down for good, we're all worse off, and we will all be in an even more precarious situation than before.

A week ago everyone was saluting them as they were beginning payouts. The only thing that has changed since then is the amount of panic in the herd.

I pray I wont eat these words, but I feel as long as Ibill has a pending bank contract they wont go anywhere. This contract is the fundamental difference between this situation and what happened with WSB and the others.

I hope you're right. And there clearly is a difference with the Ibill situation. Unlike WSB or Globill which basically said goodbye overnight, Ibill really is fighting, and they're clearly doing their best to get things moving again. Time will tell.

If Ibill agrees to release the database and members are given advance notice, it's allowed.

How do you think your phone company increases their rates, or an internet provider changes their bandwith limits? What do you think happens when a company buys out another and changes the name?

Actually, from a contract and compliance perspective, members do not have to be given advance notice... their TOS more than likely states that they can be moved without notification and definitely without prior notification as long as the banks, the IPSPs and the card associations are in agreement with the move.
