The only reason Trump isn't broke right now is because banks couldn't afford to let him fail!!! They had too much money tied up in Trump to let him fail so they were forced to bail is sorry ass out! For the people that know, he's not a very good business man.
I think Trump has more but Cuban knows how to spend his better.

cuban's is real. trump loves debt. i doubt seriously his net worth according to forbes takes into account all the debt he has, as well as some of the very complicated partnerships he's involved in. he doesnt even own a bunch of the stuff with his name on it, he just has management rights, etc.

25% for his name alone. His competitors acknowledge that fact. these are Billion dollar projects in real estate, and ppl are tripping over their dicks to do deals with trump where he is putting very little of his own cash into these things.

I read Mark Cuban's blog from time to time. His blog is a little heavy on the sports talk, but Mark's got some fairly good business insights. He's also working on a new search engine. ..kinda cool

Cuban is certainly WAY more liquid than Trump, meaning he's got plenty of cold hard dollaz at his disposal.
Whereas Trump has much of his wrapped up in real estate.

Where did Forbes get those numbers???? Trump is a marketing/branding name. He owns none of the real estate his name is on. The Japanese and Dutch Banks/Insurance conglomerates put up the cash and he put his name on it...
He is converting 3 properties in South Florida to "TRUMP" properties. No bad to get paid for your name.
