Yes, but you have to understand that when you deal in real estate, debt is good (as long as you don't over extend). It's LEVERAGE. The more you borrow, the better your ROI. If you can control a property with none of your own money, (and then gain positive cash flow and some appreciation), your ROI is infinite!
