I did some searches yesterday and everything was fine though. It must be luck of the draw tonight as to if you get through or not.

how does anyone cascade who cannot host and post the cc info?

otherwise- it's a glorified failures scheme and nothing more- the word cascade is overused...

multiple processors- sure
send failures all around- sure
cascade- not unless it's your merchant account and processing...
