We use multiple processors, including Jettis, IBill, Paycom, CCBill, NetBilling and WTS.

We allow you to choose which of those you'd like to use (any or all) and we also allow you to choose the order of the cascade. :)

how does anyone cascade who cannot host and post the cc info?

otherwise- it's a glorified failures scheme and nothing more- the word cascade is overused...

multiple processors- sure
send failures all around- sure
cascade- not unless it's your merchant account and processing...
