I have been on a hardcore swimming regimine lately.. swimming until i nearly drown because i cant move my arms anymore.. but let me tell u something u feel great afterwards..

I used to be on a swim team pre-High school years.

We had a high-school swimming practice regime for being 13-yr olds.

Doing 15 medleys was just a basic warm-up for us.

Yep I love to swim. I took a bunch of swimming classes and almost had my lifeguard when I was about 17 just need to take 1 more course. But I had to travel an hour to take that class so I never did finish it....

You can't get a more complete workout for your body. Swimming is the perfect exercise.

I've swam competitively sicne the age of 5. I'm on a Masters team now and practice 2-3 times a week.

I've busted my ass in the pool for years. Swimming is the one thing I hate as much as I love. But that's a good thing

I have competed from the age of 5 till the age of 17 . Swimming is the best exercise you can have not only physically but mentally too.

Now I try to swim for an hour, three times a week.
