How do you like your green tea? And what kind do you buy?
Just came home and have bought some NICE green tea called gunpowder.
Itīs about $3 a Hg. Taste great I must say. Its not added any flavour of any kind just plain green tea. Where do you buy yours? And how do you drink it? I usally like to add a little milk to it. But no sugar or anything.

I just bought some moroccan green tea yesterday which has a hint of mint, tastes pretty good.
I also picked up a a chinese style tea set on the weekend and got 100Grams of 'OOoolong Tea' which i find to be pretty awesome, smells like flowers a little and its quite tasty. |

Gunpowder green tea tends to be good, it's a style of green tea rather than a type if I remember correctly.
My babe gets this shit called "Golden Lily" from the local Wegmans (upscale grocery), it's $45 a pound, a gunpowder style green tea, man that stuff is incredible. Whole green tea leaves, premium, gunpowder style so they are curled up into little balls, it spoils me for all other types of green tea. |

Cumsensei, yeah, that's the good stuff. The Golden Lily is even more tightly rolled, almost like they hand roll each leaf into a little ball.
It's amazing that they can get away with putting that rank stuff in teabags. Once you taste real quality green tea you realize why the East drinks it that way. Naturally sweet, it doesn't need anything added to it. And you don't need too much in the cup, so even tho it's expensive it goes a long way. I also like a real good Darjeeling, a more familiar fermented tea taste, lots of kick. Better than coffee if you want energy and alertness without being wired. Of course, I like my coffee too... |
