Wow, this thread is certainly full of footshots! If splitinfinity had emailed quiet privately and offered a full refund then it would have ended with a "situation has been resolved" post and only a few friends of quiet would have known who the company was.
Instead they come blasting in here immediately identifying themselves as the offending company, paste emails including quiet's real name, and claim that they have a right to deny a full or even partial refund because they wasted an hour installing software on a server. Way to go! :1orglaugh |

I host with 4 different companies and do lots of bandwidth at all of them, high maintenence accounts etc.
I have 5 dedicateds at phatservers and those guys respond to my support tickets within 2-3 minutes 99% of the time. Thier tech mike is seriously one of the best tech guys i have ever seen. I really dont know how you could have emailed them and not gotten any help...i dont buy it honestly. |
