yep - that makes TOTAL sense - split infinitity has a DIFFERENT username/password for the cancel URL - yep - that way no one CAN cancel and you can keep on billing them.

In dealing with Split Infinity for about 2 years now i have found nothing but professionalism and their want to help out. I dont know where they find the time to give their customers so much love but they really do take care of things really well.

SplitInfinity would not stop me from getting a server there. I have seen complaints about isprime and everyone knows that they are great

If it were me I would keep any all setup charges, refund October, and either keep or give a prorated refund for the service part of setember (since it was a new client)...depending on other factors.

I probably wouldn't have posted the clients full name though.

Never know who might slap you with a lawsuit over things like that.

First, look up the definition of slander. I think you meant libel. However, Quiet never mentioned your company until you guys appeared in this thread and made it clear that Split Infinity was the company in question.

Like others said, contacting Quiet instead of posting here would have been a smooth move and probably saved a lot of trouble on all sides.
